What the link is
Your employer enrolled you on a course, and the platform sent you an email with a link in it. That link is yours alone. It opens your training, keeps your place as you go, and issues the certificate at the end in your name.
Opening it
- Open the email and select the button in it.
- We send a six-digit code to the same address. Type it in.
- The training opens where you left off.
- You can close the page and come back to the same link later.
Careful
Do not forward the email. The link and the code prove that the person doing the training is you, and a certificate issued to the wrong person is worth nothing to anybody.
If the link has expired
A link lasts seven days. If a newer one was sent, only the newest works. Ask whoever arranged your training to send another; it costs them nothing and takes a moment.
