When it is issued
As soon as you pass the assessment and complete the identity step. It appears on the last screen, and a copy reaches you by email. Your employer gets it in their records at the same moment.
What it proves
- Who
- Your name, and that the identity step was completed.
- What
- The course, the version of it you took, and the score you reached.
- Checkable
- It carries a number. Anyone can check that number on our public page without an account.
Worth knowing
A certificate is valid for a year. When it is close to expiring your employer is reminded, and you will be enrolled again; the new certificate takes over from the old one.
