Auditor previews

A tightly scoped, time-limited window for somebody outside your company.
Updated 2026-09-12

What you need to know

When to use it
When an auditor wants to see the training itself, not just the course specification. Usually the specification is enough, and this is always your call.
Authorising one
Open Audit Preview under Audit, choose the course, and give the auditor's name, email, firm and audit reference. They receive a link.
What they see
They accept an agreement, leave a photo or signed waiver, then browse the modules and assessment through a watermarked view with copying blocked.
No real certificate
Even if they pass, nothing is issued to them beyond a clearly marked specimen. Your own people's records are untouched.
Everything is logged
The session record holds the full timeline, the identity they left, where they connected from, and a signed report you can file.
Revoke at any time
One button on the session ends it immediately. The session and everything done in it stay on the record.

Worth knowing

One preview per course per twelve months. If you need another sooner, submit a request from the same form and our team will review it.
