What you need to know
- Issued on a pass
- A certificate is produced automatically when somebody passes the assessment, and names the score and the version they took.
- Anyone can check one
- Every certificate carries a number that a third party can verify on a public page, without an account and without contacting you.
- Valid for a year
- The Certificates page shows expiry dates and marks the ones running out soon.
- Renewing
- Enrol the person in the same course again. The new certificate takes over from the old one.
- Proof it was them
- Certifying courses ask for a photo or a signed waiver, so the record shows who actually sat the training.
Tip
The dashboard counts what lapses in the next thirty days, which is the moment to plan renewals rather than the day they expire.
