Training Attendance
Every enrolment with the attendee's name, job title and department, its status, and the enrolled, started and completed dates.
تدريب مؤسسي يمكن لمدقّقك التحقّق منه
Corporate training for companies in the United Arab Emirates, authored in Arabic and English. Every course is assessed, every completion is certificated, and every certificate can be checked by an auditor, a client or a regulator without asking you.

Each course is authored twice, in Arabic and in English, as two active versions with their own modules and assessment. A company assigns a course to its staff and the record names the person who sat it.
Every course names the firm that wrote it.
A completion report tells you who finished. An inspection asks something narrower: who exactly sat this, what was in it on the day, how they scored against what mark, and can a third party confirm it. Every completion here issues a record built to answer that.

Every enrolment with the attendee's name, job title and department, its status, and the enrolled, started and completed dates.
Every attempt with its score, pass or fail against the course's pass mark, and the attempt count per person.

The signed agreement between your company and Shog Corporate Training, for a client or supplier due-diligence file.
UAE occupational-safety rules require an employer to keep a health and safety record covering training, how many staff took part and the resources behind it, and to have it available to inspectors on request. Two further employer positions depend on the training itself.
Before an employer can impose a penalty on someone for breaching safety rules, that worker must have been trained in how to protect themselves against the hazard. That is stated in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation's 2023 decision on occupational safety.
An employer arguing that an injury followed a deliberate breach of posted safety instructions has to have met the conditions in Article 23(3) of Cabinet Resolution No. 1 of 2022: informing the worker of the risks of the role before they started, providing protective equipment and training them to use it, and training them on the safety methods in the employer's own protection instructions, in Arabic and in another language where that is needed. In practice, an employer who cannot evidence that training will struggle to make the argument.
It shows who was trained, in which language, on what content, and to what score. It is not your own site-specific written safety instructions, it cannot show that you displayed them at the workplace or issued protective equipment, and it does not establish what happened in an accident. It is the part of the file you cannot reconstruct afterwards, not the whole file.

We start from what your people have to be able to do: the roles, the obligations, the gaps. Sixteen years of consulting is why we can.
Add attendees with job title and department. Each receives a private link, so the record names the person who sat the course.
Modules, then a scored assessment with a pass mark and a retry limit. Progress and attempts are recorded as they happen.
A certificate with identity evidence and a QR code, and the four reports whenever an auditor, a client or a regulator asks.
Certificates, identity photographs and signed declarations are your records, about your staff. Connect a SharePoint library, a OneDrive or a Google Drive during setup and every file is written there instead of to us.

Enter the number printed on it, or scan its QR code. No account is needed: auditors, clients and employers can confirm a certificate without contacting us.
