What you need to know
- Two choices
- Hosted storage is included and capped. Connecting the company's own Google Drive or Microsoft storage removes the cap and takes the files out of our hands.
- What is stored
- Certificate PDFs, identity photos, signed waivers and evidence exports. Course material and videos stay on our side.
- The record is separate
- Certificate number, score and dates stay in your own records, so a public check keeps working whatever happens to a file.
- Owner only
- Connecting, moving and disconnecting all decide where a company's evidence lives, so they are the owner's to do.
- Disconnecting
- Refused while files are still there. Export them first, so nothing is stranded.
Worth knowing
If the connection breaks, a banner appears at the top of the workspace and enrolment pauses until it is restored.
